Personalized birthday napkins for any age

Custom birthday napkins printed with the name, the age, the birth year, a photograph, or a line that will make the room laugh. They cover the cake table, the bar and the buffet, and they are the one decoration that still looks good in photographs taken at midnight.

Choose a size and quantity, give us the name, the age and any wording, and we design it. You get a free digital proof by email before anything prints, and changes are free at that stage. U.S. orders over $75 ship free.

Birthday napkin questions

How many birthday napkins do I need?

Two to three cocktail napkins per guest for drinks and cake, one to two dinner napkins per guest for a meal. For 40 guests, 80 to 120 cocktail napkins is the right range. Parties where people stand and graze use more than parties where people sit.

Can you put a photo on a birthday napkin?

Yes. Send a clear, well-lit photograph and we will place it, remove the background if that helps, and show you the result on the proof. Faces and pets both print well; busy group shots at napkin size do not.

What size are the napkins?

Cocktail is 4.8 x 4.8 inches, dinner is 6.5 x 6.5 inches, guest towel is 4.25 x 7.75 inches. Cocktail suits drinks and cake, which covers most birthday parties. Dinner suits a seated meal.

Can I add the age and the year?

Both, on the same napkin. A large number with the birth year underneath is the most ordered milestone layout, and est. 1976 style wording is a close second. Tell us the age and we will lay it out.

Foil or standard print?

Foil for milestone numbers, especially gold on black or on a deep color, because the number is the whole design. Standard print for anything with a photograph, an illustration or more than one color.

How far ahead should I order?

Two to three weeks is comfortable: proof, production and shipping. Surprise parties are worth ordering earlier, since a delivery arriving at the wrong house at the wrong moment has undone better plans than ours.
