Personalized Christmas coasters for the bar cart and the office party

Holiday coasters printed on thick absorbent pulpboard, the same stock bars use, so a cold glass or a hot mug leaves its ring on the coaster rather than on the sideboard. Print your family name and the year, a festive illustration, or the dog in a hat.

December is the month wooden furniture takes the most punishment: mulled wine, hot cocoa, glasses set down on side tables in rooms that are not usually used. A stack of coasters solves that and looks like a decision rather than a defence.

Where they go

The bar cart, the coffee table, the office party, and the hot cocoa station if you have one, alongside a hot cocoa bar sign. The same artwork prints on Christmas napkins and paper plates.

How ordering works

Choose standard print or metallic foil, pick a quantity from 50 to 300, and give us the wording. A free digital proof comes before printing. U.S. orders over $75 ship free.

Christmas coaster questions

How many coasters do I need?

One to two per guest per event, and buy for the month rather than one evening. A household hosting three or four times in December is comfortable with 100. The minimum order is 50, the maximum 300.

How big are they and what are they made of?

Thick absorbent pulpboard, sized to sit under a standard glass with a margin. The absorbency is the point: it takes the condensation rather than passing it on to the table.

Do they work under a hot mug?

Yes, for cocoa, mulled wine and coffee. They insulate a wooden surface from a hot mug perfectly well. They are single use rather than a set you keep and wash, so replace them as they get marked.

Do they come in a set of four?

No. These are event coasters bought by quantity, not ceramic or wooden coasters sold in fours. That is what makes it practical to cover a whole party rather than one side table.

Should I add the year?

If the party is annual, yes. It also makes the leftovers into a keepsake rather than something to use up in January. Leave it off if you would rather carry them into next December.

Foil or standard print?

Gold foil on a deep green or red background is the strongest Christmas coaster we print. Choose standard print for a pet portrait, a photograph or any artwork with more than one color.
