Because every item we make is personalized and created just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

That's exactly why we send you a free design proof before anything is printed. It's your chance to check every detail, the spelling, the names, the colors, the layout, and approve it before we go to print. We won't print a thing until you're completely happy.

If something's not right
If your order arrives damaged, or there's a mistake on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right. Your happiness matters to us, and we'll always do what we can to fix a genuine error.

Changes & cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible. Once you've approved your proof and printing has started, we're no longer able to make changes.
