Flower bar signs for showers and build-your-own bouquet stations

A sign for the flower bar: what to do, how many stems to take, and what to wrap them in. A build-a-bouquet station is one of the few wedding and shower activities that gives guests something to take home, and it is completely dependent on people understanding the instructions without being told.

Pick a stem, wrap it, take it home. Three lines and a stem count is usually all it needs, and without them the table stays untouched for the first hour.

Where it works

Bridal showers, garden parties, baby showers and brunch weddings. Pair it with bridal shower napkins in the same botanical design, or see all bar signs.

Acrylic in 5x7 and 8x10, pedestal in four sizes, paper up to 24x36.

How ordering works

Choose a material and size, send the instructions, and we design it. A free digital proof comes before printing. U.S. orders over $75 ship free.

Flower bar sign questions

What should the sign say?

Three things: that guests may take flowers, how many stems, and what to do with them. Without a stem count, the first guest takes three and the last one finds an empty bucket.

How many signs do I need?

One main sign at the start of the table, and small labels if you are naming the flowers. Guests do ask what the eucalyptus is called, and a 4x6 pedestal answers it without anyone stopping.

Which material?

Acrylic or pedestal near buckets of water, since both handle damp. Paper prints sit fine on a wall behind the table but not on it, where a wet stem will find them.

Which size?

8x10 for the instructions, so they can be read from a step back while someone is choosing. 5x7 or a small pedestal for the flower names.

Does it work outdoors?

Acrylic and pedestal signs handle a garden party including damp air and evening dew. Choose those if the flower bar is outside.

Can it match the rest of the shower?

Yes. Send the napkin or invitation design and we run the same typeface and palette on the sign, so the flower table belongs to the same event as everything else.
