If the invitation from 1976 still exists in a drawer, send a photograph. Setting the anniversary napkins in the same typeface as the wedding ones is the single most affecting thing we print, and it costs no more than any other design.

How many do I need?
One to two dinner napkins per guest for the meal, plus two to three cocktail napkins each for drinks and cake. A golden anniversary usually spans several generations, so count the full guest list rather than the close family.
Should it be gold?
Gold foil is the convention and it works, particularly on ivory or black. If the couple would rather not, cream with a warm neutral reads as considered rather than as a missed opportunity.
Can you recreate the original wedding invitation?
Often, yes, and this is the milestone where people ask most. Send a clear photograph or scan; we cannot always match an exact metal typeface from fifty years ago, but we get remarkably close.
Can I use a wedding photograph?
Yes, and at a fiftieth it is the strongest thing you can print. Send the highest resolution scan you have; we can lift the contrast and repair damage before you approve the proof.
How far ahead should I order?
Three to four weeks, longer if we are recreating an invitation or restoring a photograph. Golden anniversaries are planned well in advance, so use the time.
