Personalized wedding supplies for the whole reception

Everything we print for a wedding, in one place. Napkins for the bar and the meal, coasters, can coolers for the late-night drinks, favor labels, paper plates and bar signs for the signature cocktails. All personalized with your names, your date and your palette, and all able to carry the same artwork.

That last part is the reason to order here rather than in pieces. A reception looks styled when the bar, the table and the favor station read as one design, and looks assembled when four near-matching blushes sit next to each other.

Where to start

Wedding napkins are where most couples begin, because every guest touches one. Then coasters, can coolers, favor labels, paper plates and a bar sign. Bringing the dog? See pet wedding favors.

Hosting the run-up too: engagement party, bridal shower, bachelorette and rehearsal dinner.

How ordering works

Pick your pieces, fill in the names and date, and we design them. A free digital proof comes by email before anything prints, and changes then are free. U.S. orders over $75 ship free.

Wedding questions

What should I order first?

Napkins. Every guest picks one up, they cover the bar and the meal, and they set the design that everything else follows. Coasters and can coolers come next if you have a bar running late.

How much do I need for 120 guests?

Roughly 300 cocktail napkins for the bar, 120 to 240 dinner napkins if there is a seated meal, 150 coasters, and one can cooler per guest if they double as favors. Round up on everything except the plates.

Can everything match?

Yes, and that is the point of ordering it together. We carry one artwork across napkins, coasters, plates, labels and signs, reproportioned for each shape rather than stretched.

Can you match my invitation suite?

Send a photograph or the PDF. We match the palette and, where we can, the typeface, and you see it on the proof before printing. Sage green, dusty blue and blush each have dozens of versions, so a reference beats a color name.

When should we order?

Two to three months out. That covers the proof, any rewording, printing and delivery, with room left if the guest count moves. Pet portraits need a little longer because they are drawn by hand.

Can we order a sample first?

Can coolers start at a single unit, so that is the cheapest way to see our print in your hand. For napkins the minimum is 50. Either way, the free digital proof shows you the design at actual proportions before you commit.
