How many bachelorette napkins do I need?

Two to three cocktail napkins per person per day. For 12 girls over a three-day weekend that is around 100. The 50-napkin minimum covers a single night; a full weekend needs more than people expect.

Can I print something rude?

Yes, within reason, and it is one of the more entertaining parts of our week. Send the wording. If a phrase will not fit at a readable size we will say so on the proof and suggest a shorter version.

Which size?

Cocktail, 4.8 x 4.8 inches, almost always. Bachelorette weekends run on drinks rather than seated dinners, and the small size travels better between an apartment, a boat and a bar.

Can each girl have her own napkin?

Not economically at these quantities, no. What works instead is one design for the group and can coolers with individual names, which start at a single unit so every person can have her own.

Will hot pink print accurately?

Yes, on standard print. Neon shades shift slightly on paper, so if the exact pink matters, send a reference image and check it on the proof rather than picking from a color name.

How far ahead should I order?

Three to four weeks, and earlier if the party is a destination trip you are packing for. A napkin arriving the day after everyone flies out has happened to someone else, not to you.
