Personalized graduation party supplies

Napkins, plates and can coolers printed with the graduate's name, the class year and the school colors. A graduation party is usually an open house running for several hours, with guests arriving and leaving in waves, which means everything gets used harder than at a seated event.

High school, college, nursing school, law school, kindergarten. The wording changes, the format does not. Add the senior portrait and the napkin becomes the thing the grandparents take home.

How ordering works

Choose your pieces, give us the name, the year and the school colors, and we design them. A free digital proof arrives before printing. U.S. orders over $75 ship free.

Graduation party questions

How much do I need for an open house?

Count total attendance rather than seats. For 50 people passing through an afternoon, order 150 cocktail napkins rather than 100, plus 50 dinner plates and 50 dessert plates if there is food.

Can you match my school colors?

Yes. Send the two colors, or just the school name and we will look them up. You see the exact shades on the proof, which matters because school colors are specific and close enough is not.

Can I use the graduate's photo?

Yes, on napkins, plates and coasters. Send a high-resolution file and crop in close: a single face prints beautifully at these sizes, a full-length gown shot does not.

What wording works?

The name with class of and the year is the standard and never dates badly. The school name, the degree, or congratulations plus a first name for a kindergarten or eighth-grade graduation.

What if two siblings graduate the same year?

Both names on one design works, and it is a request we get every May. Give us both names and the year and we will balance them so neither reads as an afterthought.

When should I order?

Three to four weeks before the party. May and June are the busiest weeks of the season, so ordering in April buys you a comfortable margin.
