Wedding bar sign questions

How many signs do I need?

One per station, plus a second for any bar being served from both ends. Two ends served at once is the thing people underestimate most, and the second sign is cheaper than the queue it prevents.

Which material for a wedding?

Acrylic for the signs that will be photographed and stand near drinks. Pedestal for small labels on a food table. Paper for a large welcome-sized print that goes on an easel and only needs to last the night.

What should the signature drink sign say?

Two drink names with one short line of ingredients under each. Guests order faster when they can see there is gin in it, and the bar queue moves.

Can the signs match my napkins?

Yes, and it is the reason to order them together. One artwork carries across the sign, the napkins and the coasters, reproportioned rather than stretched for each shape.

Can they go outdoors?

Acrylic and pedestal, yes, including damp evening air. Paper prints curl in humidity, so keep those under a tent or indoors.

When should we order?

Two to three months with the rest of the wedding order. Drink names change late more often than anything else, and wording changes on the proof are free.
