Branded coasters with your logo

Custom logo coasters printed on thick absorbent pulpboard, the same stock bars use. Of everything you can brand, this is the one a guest holds for the length of a whole conversation, which is a good deal more attention than a banner behind the bar gets.

For bars and restaurants that want their mark on every table, and for brands and companies at launches, conferences, trade shows and sponsor tables. Upload a vector file and we set it, or send something rougher and we will usually redraw it clean enough to print.

Promotional coasters that get noticed

A napkin is used and discarded within a minute. A coaster stays on the table under a glass all evening and is looked at every time someone puts a drink down, and plenty of them go home in a pocket. For a mark you want people to register, that difference matters.

How ordering works

Choose standard print or metallic foil, pick a quantity from 50 to 300, and upload the artwork. A free digital proof arrives within 24 hours. Need more than 300? Email info@yourpartydetails.com for a quote. U.S. orders over $75 ship free.

Branded coaster questions

What file format do you need?

A vector file is best: AI, EPS, SVG or PDF. A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background usually works. A logo taken from a website will print soft and we will say so before you order.

How many do I need?

One to two per guest for an event. Coasters get carried across a room and taken home, so order over rather than exactly. Orders run from 50 to 300, and larger quantities are quoted by email.

Will my brand colors match?

Send hex or Pantone references. Absorbent pulpboard is a different surface from a screen and from coated stock, so colors read slightly warmer. You approve the shade on the proof.

Foil or standard print?

Foil if the logo is a single shape or a wordmark, especially against a dark background. Standard print for a multi-color mark or anything with a gradient.

What are they made of?

Thick absorbent pulpboard, sized to sit under a standard glass with a margin. It takes the condensation rather than passing it to the table, which is why bars use this stock.

How far ahead should I order?

Three to four weeks for an event, longer if the artwork needs redrawing first. Give us the date and we will confirm what is achievable before you commit.
