The vendor was so sweet and empathetic and patient with me as I worked with her to finesse the design and details for my order. I ended up ordering two items with her separately - paper plates and napkins - and she included them both in the same package, so I could get the expedited shipping I had paid for. I would highly recommend anyone doing custom materials to work with her! I will definitely work with her for future printing needs.

If I could give more than five stars, I would! We encountered an issue with cocktail napkins and Iris saved the day! I had an extremely short turnaround and Iris was super accommodating. I received the order a day in advance and it was perfect! I cannot recommend this shop highly enough - such great designs and amazing customer service!

Iris worked with me on the timeline to ensure I received them before my wedding and checked in with every step of the ordering process. The napkins arrived well ahead of schedule and well packaged. So cute! I chose 6 Fun Facts and every one of them came out great! They are unique, playful and personal and different from the usual monogram napkins.

Amazing personalized cocktail napkins. I went with black matt foil on a coined napkin for my engagement party and absolutely obsessed with how they turned out. The foil looks elevated and better than digital print other shops were offering. Received many compliments from guests at the party.
