Graduation napkins with the name, year and school colors

Graduation napkins printed with the graduate's name, the class year and the school colors. A graduation party is usually an open house running for several hours, with people arriving and leaving in waves, which means the napkins get used far harder than at a seated event.

High school, college, nursing school, law school, kindergarten. The wording changes, the format does not. Add a photograph of the graduate and the napkin becomes the thing the grandparents take home.

Open-house maths

Because guests come and go, count total attendance rather than seats. Fifty people across an afternoon will move through more napkins than fifty people at a dinner, so order for the higher number.

For a party spread across the kitchen and the garden, the same design also prints on paper plates and can coolers.

How ordering works

Choose a size and quantity, give us the name, the year and the school colors, and we design it. A free digital proof arrives before printing and changes are free. U.S. orders over $75 ship free.

Graduation napkin questions

How many graduation napkins do I need?

Two to three cocktail napkins per guest, counted on total attendance rather than seats. For an open house where 50 people pass through, order 150 rather than 100. Food-heavy parties push that higher again.

Can you match my school colors?

Yes. Send the two colors, or just the school name and we will look them up. You will see the exact shades on the proof before anything prints, which matters because school colors are specific and close enough is not.

Which size should I order?

Cocktail size, 4.8 x 4.8 inches, for an open house with drinks, cake and finger food, which describes most graduation parties. Dinner size, 6.5 x 6.5 inches, if you are seating people for a meal.

Can I put the graduate's photo on them?

Yes, and the senior portrait is the most common choice. Send a high-resolution file. A single face prints beautifully at cocktail size; a full-length gown shot does not, so crop in close.

What wording works?

The name with class of and the year underneath is the standard and never dates badly. The school name, the degree, or the university's motto also work. Congratulations plus the first name suits a kindergarten or eighth-grade graduation.

When should I order?

Three to four weeks before the party. May and June are the busiest weeks of the graduation season, so ordering in April buys you a comfortable margin.
