How much do I need for 12 girls over a weekend?

Around 100 cocktail napkins and one can cooler each. Count per person per day rather than per event; a three-day weekend gets through roughly triple what one night does.

Can every girl have her own name on something?

Yes, on can coolers. They start at a single unit, so we set each name individually. Napkins are printed in one design at these quantities, so the coolers are where the individual names go.

Can I print something rude?

Yes, within reason, and it is one of the more entertaining parts of our week. Send the wording. If it will not fit at a readable size we will say so on the proof and suggest something shorter.

What travels well?

Cocktail napkins and can coolers. Both are flat, light and survive a suitcase. Large paper signs do not travel well and will arrive creased, so choose acrylic or pedestal if a sign is going on a plane.

Will hot pink print accurately?

Yes, on standard print, though neon shades shift slightly on paper. If the exact pink matters, send a reference image and check it on the proof rather than choosing from a color name.

How far ahead should I order?

Three to four weeks, and earlier for a destination trip. The parcel needs to arrive before anyone packs, not after everyone flies out.
