Design your own napkins, plates, coasters, can coolers and stickers
Everything in this collection is the blank version of what we print. No design to change, no wording to swap out, just the product, the sizes and the quantities. What goes on it is entirely yours: a logo, a photo, a monogram, a drawing your child made, a joke only your family will understand.
You do not need finished artwork to order. If you have a file, upload it on the product page. If you only have an idea, write it in the notes and we design it for you. Both cost the same, because the design work is free either way and there is no separate design fee, proof fee or revision fee.
What you can send us
A logo in almost any format, a photograph, a Pinterest board, a color like "the sage green in the bridesmaid dresses", or a sentence describing the feeling you are after. Files, sizes and what makes a photo print well are covered on the logo and photo page.
Matching across products
Order more than one blank product and we carry the same artwork across all of them, reproportioned for each shape, so the napkins on the bar and the labels on the favours read as one designed set. Different wording on each is fine too, just add it on that product's page.
How it works
You order, we design, and we send a proof by email within 24 hours. Nothing prints until you approve it, and revisions are free with no set limit. After approval, production takes 2 to 5 business days depending on the product. U.S. orders over $75 ship free.

Design your own questions
Do I need to have a design ready before I order?
No. Order the product, then tell us the idea in the notes and we design it from scratch. A theme, a color, a photo of your table or a link to something you liked is enough to start. Having a finished file only changes how quickly we get to the proof, not the price.
Does the custom design cost extra?
No. The price on the product page is the price. There is no design fee, no proof fee and no charge for revisions, however many rounds it takes.
What file should I upload?
A PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG or AI file all work. Bigger is better: a logo pulled from a website is usually too small to print sharply, whereas the original file your designer sent will be perfect. If you are unsure, upload what you have and we will tell you honestly whether it will print well.
Can you match my brand colors?
As closely as print allows. Send hex codes or Pantone references and we match them, then show you the result on your proof. Printed ink on paper napkin stock reads slightly softer than a color on a backlit screen, so we will flag anything that will not translate.
Can I get the same design on several products?
Yes, and it is the reason most people start here. Order each product you want and we carry the artwork across all of them, adjusted for each shape and size, so the whole event matches without you having to ask.
How long does it take?
Your first proof arrives by email within 24 hours. Once you approve it, production takes 2 to 5 business days depending on the product before your order ships. Order two to three weeks ahead of your event where you can; if it is tighter than that, email us before ordering and we will tell you whether it will make it.
