Anniversary questions
How much do I need for 50 guests?
50 to 100 dinner napkins for a seated meal, 100 to 150 cocktail napkins for drinks and cake, and 75 coasters if there is a bar. Milestone anniversaries usually mean a proper sit-down, so the dinner size matters.
Can you recreate the original wedding invitation?
Often, yes. Send a clear photograph or scan. We cannot always match an exact metal typeface from decades ago, but we get remarkably close, and you see it on the proof before printing.
Which colors go with which year?
Silver for the twenty-fifth, ruby and deep red for the fortieth, gold for the fiftieth, and cool clear tones for the diamond sixtieth. None of it is a rule, but guests read it instantly when you follow it.
What should the wording say?
Both first names with the wedding date and the number of years. Married since, then the year, is the cleaner alternative when the number itself is the point.
Can I put a photo of the wedding day on them?
Yes, and it is the single most effective thing you can print for a fiftieth. Send the highest resolution scan you have; we can clean up an old photograph before it goes on the proof.
How far ahead should I order?
Three to four weeks, longer if we are recreating an old invitation or restoring a photograph. Both take a human being some time before printing starts.
