Snack bar signs for late-night stations and grazing tables

A sign for the snack station: what is out, what is in it, and whether it is the late-night food or the thing to eat before the speeches. Late-night snacks are now expected at a reception, and the sign is what stops guests hovering to work out whether the table is ready.

Pretzels, popcorn, sliders, fries, a candy table, a grazing board. Name the station, list what is on it, and mark anything vegetarian or nut-free.

Where it works

Wedding receptions after the dancing starts, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties and graduation open houses. See all bar signs, or the taco bar signs if the late-night food is tacos.

Acrylic wipes clean, which is the practical choice on a food table. Pedestal signs suit labelling individual dishes.

How ordering works

Choose a material and size, send the menu, and we design it. A free digital proof comes before printing. U.S. orders over $75 ship free.

Snack bar sign questions

What should the sign say?

The station name, what is on offer, and allergen notes where they matter. At a late-night snack table, guests have usually had a drink or three, so short lines and large type beat clever wording.

How many signs do I need?

One main sign plus a label per dish. On a grazing table the small labels matter more, because that is where somebody is standing when they wonder what the cheese is.

Which material?

Acrylic, because food tables get greasy and it wipes clean. Pedestal signs for individual dishes since they stand without a holder and take up no room.

Which size?

8x10 for the station sign, or a paper print at 18x24 if it needs to be seen from across a dance floor. 5x7 or 4x6 pedestal for the dish labels.

Should I mark allergens?

Yes. Vegetarian, gluten free and nut free are the three worth the line. It does not replace telling your caterer, but it answers the question before a guest has to ask a stranger.

When should I order?

Two to three weeks. Late-night menus get decided last, so leave room to reword on the proof, which is free.
