Restaurant and bar napkin questions
What file format do you need?
A vector file is best: AI, EPS, SVG or PDF. A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background usually works. A logo taken from a website will print soft, and we will tell you before you order.
What quantities can I order?
From 50 to 1,000 napkins on a single design in the shop. For larger quantities or a regular standing order, email us and we will quote it directly.
Which size for a bar?
Cocktail, 4.8 x 4.8 inches, which is the standard beverage size. Dinner, 6.5 x 6.5 inches, for table service, and guest towels at 4.25 x 7.75 inches for the restrooms.
Are they 3-ply?
Yes. That matters most behind a bar, because condensation from a cold glass is what turns a thin napkin to pulp.
Will my brand colors match?
Send hex or Pantone references. Printed color on absorbent paper reads slightly warmer than a screen, and you approve the shade on the proof before anything runs.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes. We keep your artwork on file, so a repeat order does not need a new proof round unless something has changed.
