Mimosa bar signs for bridal showers and brunch

A sign for the mimosa station: the juices on offer, the fruit and the garnishes, and a line at the top worth photographing. A mimosa bar is a self-serve table by design, which means it only works if guests can tell what is in the carafes.

Orange, grapefruit, peach, pomegranate, cranberry, with berries and mint alongside. Name the station after the bride, or use a line like pop, fizz, clink or she said yes, now pour.

Where it goes

Bridal showers, brunch weddings, baby showers with a mocktail version, and Sunday-morning birthdays. Pair it with bridal shower napkins in the same design, which is the cheapest way to make a rented brunch table look intentional.

Acrylic in 5x7 and 8x10, pedestal in four sizes, or paper up to 24x36.

How ordering works

Choose a material and size, send the wording and the juice list, and we design it. A free digital proof comes before printing. U.S. orders over $75 ship free.

Mimosa bar sign questions

What should the sign say?

The juices, the garnishes, and a short line of your own at the top. Guests at a self-serve table want to know what is in each carafe before they pour, and the sign is quicker than asking the host.

Which size?

8x10 for the main sign on the table. 5x7 for small labels on individual carafes, which is where a mimosa bar genuinely needs them. One large plus three or four small is the usual setup.

Which material?

Acrylic, because a brunch table involves juice and it wipes clean. Pedestal signs work well for the small carafe labels since they stand without a holder.

Can I do a non-alcoholic version?

Yes, and it is worth doing at a baby shower. Label the sparkling water carafe as clearly as the prosecco one, so a guest who is not drinking does not have to announce it to find out which is which.

Can it match my napkins?

Yes. Send the napkin design or order both together and we run one artwork across the sign, the napkins and the favor labels at the right proportions for each.

When should I order?

Two to three weeks. Signs are the piece people most often want to reword after they see it laid out, so leave time for that second look.
