What you can design
The same artwork can run across every product we make, so the table, the bar and the favour stack all match. Every product below also exists as a blank version in Design Your Own, ready for your own artwork.
- Napkins: cocktail 4.8 x 4.8", dinner 6.5 x 6.5", guest towel 4.25 x 7.75", from 50 to 1000
- Paper plates: dessert 7" and dinner 9", from 8 to 800
- Coasters: one size, absorbent pulpboard, plain or metallic foil, from 50 to 300
- Favor labels and stickers: round 1.5" and square 2", from 24 to 264
- Can coolers: standard and slim 12 oz, from 1 to 100
- Bar signs: acrylic 5x7 and 8x10, pedestal 4x6 up to 10x12, paper 8x12 up to 24x36

Three ways to start
1. Change a design you already like
The quickest route. Pick any product in the shop, then use the fields on the page to swap the names, the date, the wording, the font and the colors. The design stays, the details become yours. Leave a field blank and we keep it exactly as pictured.
2. Start from a blank one
Every product type has a Your Design Here version, collected in Design Your Own. Choose your size and quantity, describe what you want in the notes, and we design it from scratch. A theme, a color palette, a photo of your table, a Pinterest link: anything that shows us what you are picturing is useful.
3. Send us your own artwork
Already have a logo, a monogram, an illustration or a finished file? Upload it on the product page and we place it for you. File types, sizes and what makes a photo print well are covered on the logo and photo page.
What helps us most
Spelling exactly as it should appear, including how you want names ordered and whether the date is written out or in numbers. A color, even loosely: "sage green like the bridesmaid dresses" is more useful than "green". And your event date, so we know how much room we have.
Revisions are free and there is no set limit. We would rather get it right than get it fast. If you are choosing colors, the color guide lists every napkin, plate, ink and foil color we stock, and the full walkthrough is on how personalization works.
Designing a whole event
If you are planning an event rather than ordering one item (napkins for the bar, plates for the dessert table, signs for the drink stations, labels for the favors), tell us the whole picture at once and we design it as a set. Cost and timing
Custom design is included. There is no design fee, no proof fee and no charge for revisions. The price you see on the product page is the price. U.S. orders over $75 ship free.
Order two to three weeks before your event where you can. That leaves comfortable room for your proof, printing and delivery. Closer than that, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.
