Wedding signs, personalized and printed

Printed signs for the reception, personalized with your names, your date and your palette. Station signs for the bar, the coffee corner and the late-night food, in acrylic, pedestal or paper, from a 4x6 table label up to a 24x36 print for an easel.

Signs are the part of a reception guests read rather than glance at, because they are standing still while they do it. That is worth designing for rather than printing at the last minute.

Browse by station

Signature drinks · coffee · hot cocoa · mimosa · taco · snack · flower bar. Or by material: acrylic and pedestal.

Bringing the dog? See pet bar signs, where the signature cocktail gets named after the animal.

How ordering works

Choose a material and size, send the wording, and we design it. A free digital proof comes before printing, and wording changes there are free. U.S. orders over $75 ship free.

Wedding sign questions

What sizes are available?

Acrylic in 5x7 and 8x10. Pedestal in 4x6, 6x8, 8x10 and 10x12. Paper from 8x12 through to 24x36. The size sets the price and every price is visible in the size selector.

How many signs does a reception need?

One per station, and a second for any bar served from both ends. Beyond that, small labels for individual dishes or carafes, which is where guests actually get stuck.

Does a paper sign come with a frame?

No. Paper prints need a frame or an easel, which is worth budgeting for if the sign is large. Acrylic and pedestal signs stand on their own.

Can the signs match the napkins?

Yes. Order them together and we run one artwork across every piece, sized correctly for each rather than scaled up and down from the same file.

Can I write my own wording?

Yes, that is the normal way round. Send whatever you have, even roughly, and we lay it out. If a line is too long to read at the size you have chosen we will say so on the proof.

How far ahead should I order?

Two to three months with the rest of the wedding order, since this is the item most likely to get reworded once you see it laid out.
