Coffee bar signs for weddings, showers and brunch

A sign that turns a table of flasks into a station with a purpose. List the drinks on offer, name it after the couple, or put a short line above the cups: espresso yourself, or the caffeine is free, the stories are extra.

Coffee stations usually run alongside dessert at a reception, or all morning at a brunch shower, which means the sign is on display for hours and gets photographed more than it gets read.

What to put on it

The drinks available, milk options, and whether there is decaf. Guests ask all three. If the station is self-service, one line of instruction saves your caterer twenty conversations.

Acrylic in 5x7 and 8x10, pedestal in four sizes, or paper up to 24x36 for a full welcome-sized sign. See all bar signs.

How ordering works

Choose a material and size, send the wording, and we design it. A free digital proof comes before printing and wording changes there are free. U.S. orders over $75 ship free.

Coffee bar sign questions

What should the sign say?

The drinks on offer, the milk options, and whether there is decaf. Those are the three things guests ask. A short line of your own at the top makes it decor as well as information.

Which size?

8x10 if it is the main sign for the station and people read it from a step back. 5x7 for a smaller label sitting among the cups. Paper at 18x24 or larger if the coffee bar is a full setup on its own table.

Which material?

Acrylic near a coffee urn, because it wipes clean and steam does not warp it. Pedestal if you want something free standing without an easel. Paper for a large sign that only needs to survive one morning.

How many do I need?

One main sign, plus small ones if you are labelling individual items like syrups or milks. A wedding coffee station that also serves tea usually wants a second sign rather than one crowded one.

Can it match my other signs?

Yes. If you are also ordering a signature drink sign or a dessert sign, we run the same typeface and palette across all of them so the room reads as one event.

When should I order?

Two to three weeks. Signs are the item people most often want to reword once they see it laid out, so leave room for that second look.
