Bundles and matching sets, one design across the table

Designs that exist on more than one product, so the napkins, the plates, the coasters and the favor labels carry the same artwork rather than four near-versions of it. One personalization, one palette, one decision.

This is the problem most people run into when they buy party supplies in pieces: the blush on the plates is not the blush on the napkins, and the mismatch is visible on a table even when nobody can say why. Ordering a set removes it.

How the sets work

Each piece is still ordered separately with its own size and quantity, because you rarely need the same number of plates as napkins. What the set guarantees is that the design is genuinely identical, laid out for each shape rather than scaled up and down from one file.

Matching set questions

What comes in a set?

Whichever pieces the design exists on, usually napkins and plates, often favor labels and coasters too. You choose which ones you want and how many of each; nothing is bundled into a fixed quantity you do not need.

How many of each should I order?

Two to three cocktail napkins per guest, one dinner plate each, one to two dessert plates each, and one to two coasters each. The plate and napkin counts are rarely the same number, which is why they are ordered separately.

Are the designs actually identical?

Yes. The artwork is set for each shape rather than stretched from one file, so a round plate and a square napkin carry the same design at the right proportions instead of a distorted version of each other.

Can I make a set from a design that is not here yet?

Often. If you like a napkin design, ask us to put it on plates or coasters. Most of our artwork can be adapted, and we will tell you honestly if a particular design will not survive the change of shape.

Is a set cheaper than buying separately?

The pieces are priced individually, so the saving is not on the invoice. What you save is the styling problem and the second round of proofs, and the order value is higher because guests use both.

Can I see everything before it prints?

Yes. The free digital proof shows every piece in the set together, which is the point at which a mismatch would be obvious. Changes then are free.
