Custom napkins with your logo
Branded napkins printed with a logo you supply: a company mark, a restaurant or bar logo, a brand wordmark, a family crest or a charity emblem. Restaurants and bars use them for daily service, brands and companies for launches, conferences and staff parties. Upload the file and we set it, or send what you have and we will redraw it clean enough to print at napkin size.
Cocktail at 4.8 inches, dinner at 6.5, guest towel at 4.25 x 7.75. Full color for a logo with several colors, or real metallic foil if the mark is a single shape and you want it to catch the light.

What we need from you
A vector file is ideal, so an AI, EPS, SVG or PDF. A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background is usually workable. A screenshot or a logo pulled off a website will not print well, and we will say so before you order rather than after.

How ordering works
Choose a size and quantity, upload the artwork, and we set it. A free digital proof arrives within 24 hours, so you see exactly how the mark sits before anything prints. U.S. orders over $75 ship free.
Logo napkin questions
What file format do you need?
A vector file is best: AI, EPS, SVG or PDF. A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background usually works. A JPG pulled off a website or a screenshot will look soft when printed, and we will tell you before you order.
What if I only have a bad copy of my logo?
Send it anyway. We can often redraw a simple mark cleanly enough to print. Complicated artwork with fine detail and gradients is harder, and we will be straight with you about what is achievable.
Will my colors print exactly?
Send the hex or Pantone references if you have them. Printed color on absorbent paper is never identical to a screen, but we get close and you approve it on the proof before anything runs.
Foil or standard print?
Foil if the logo is a single shape or a wordmark, since it presses in one metallic tone and looks considerably more expensive than it costs. Standard print for anything with several colors or a gradient.
How many can I order?
Fifty to 1,000 on one design in the shop, with the price per napkin falling at every step. For larger quantities or a standing order for a restaurant or bar, email us for a quote.
How small can a logo go?
A cocktail napkin is 4.8 inches, so fine lettering under the mark is the first thing to be lost. If your logo has a strapline, consider dropping it or moving up to dinner size.
