Personalized wedding paper plates
Heavyweight paper plates printed with your names, your date or a monogram, for the parts of a wedding weekend that are not a plated dinner. The welcome party, the day-after brunch, the late-night food, the rehearsal barbecue and the backyard reception where nobody wants to rent china.
Dessert plates at 7 inches for cake, appetizers and the late-night station. Dinner plates at 9 inches for a full serving, heavy enough to hold it without bending.
Where they fit in the weekend
Cutting the cake is the moment most couples order for, since dessert plates go out for a hundred people in one go. After that, the brunch on Sunday, which is the meal most likely to be self-catered and least likely to be planned for.
Match them to your wedding napkins, or see matching plates and napkins sets.
How ordering works

Wedding plate questions
How many plates do I need?
For cake, one dessert plate per guest, so 120 for 120 people. For a brunch or a self-catered meal, one dinner plate each plus a dessert plate. Orders run from 8 to 800.
Which size for cake?
Dessert plates at 7 inches. A slice of wedding cake does not need 9 inches, and the smaller plate keeps the printed rim visible rather than covered.
Can you microwave paper plates?
Not these. The print and coating are not made for heat. Warm food on ceramic and serve on these, including at the day-after brunch.
Are they sturdy enough for a real meal?
Yes, at 9 inches. They are heavyweight and coated, which is what stops a loaded plate folding. For a barbecue or a taco station, that matters more than the design does.
Can they match my napkins?
Yes, and it is the point of ordering both here. The same artwork is set for each shape, so the plate and the napkin match rather than approximately match.
When should we order?
Two to three months with the rest of the wedding order. Plates are a bulky delivery, so give yourself room rather than having them arrive the week of the wedding.
