Choose a size and quantity, tell us the child's name and the date, and we design it. A free digital proof comes by email before printing, and changes then are free. U.S. orders over $75 ship free.

Baptism napkin questions

How many baptism napkins do I need?

One to two dinner napkins per guest for the meal after the service, plus two to three cocktail napkins each for coffee, cake and drinks. For 40 guests that is roughly 40 to 80 dinner and 80 to 120 cocktail napkins.

Which size for the lunch after the service?

Dinner size, 6.5 x 6.5 inches, for the meal, and cocktail size, 4.8 x 4.8 inches, for coffee and cake. For a lunch at home with family, ordering both is the usual choice.

Do you make napkins for first communion too?

Yes. Communion, confirmation, dedication and christening all use the same design language; we change the wording and the date. Say which occasion it is when you order and we will set it correctly.

What wording goes on them?

The child's full name with the date underneath is the standard. Baptized, christened, or a short line of scripture also work. If there is a godparent you want named, dinner size gives you the room.

Can I get matching plates and favor labels?

Yes, and this is the collection where we have the most complete sets. Twenty designs exist as napkin, plate and label in the same artwork, so the table, the buffet and the favors all match exactly.

How far ahead should I order?

Three to four weeks. Baptism dates are usually set well in advance, so there is rarely a reason to leave it late, and it gives room for a second look at the spelling of the name.
