Custom napkins, personalized and printed for your event

Every napkin we make, in one place. Weddings, birthdays, baby showers, baptisms, Christmas dinners, bachelorette weekends and parties with no particular reason behind them. Personalized with names, dates, a monogram, a photograph or a portrait of the dog, printed on soft 3-ply paper.

Three sizes: cocktail at 4.8 x 4.8 inches for the bar, dinner at 6.5 x 6.5 inches for a seated meal, and guest towels at 4.25 x 7.75 inches for the powder room. Full color print for artwork and photographs, or real metallic foil in gold, rose gold and silver.

Custom napkin questions

What size are the napkins?

Cocktail is 4.8 x 4.8 inches folded, the standard beverage size for a bar. Dinner is 6.5 x 6.5 inches, for a seated meal with the napkin under the cutlery. Guest towel is 4.25 x 7.75 inches, for the powder room.

How many napkins do I need?

Two to three cocktail napkins per guest for drinks and dessert, one to two dinner napkins per guest for a meal. Count drinks rather than heads at a bar, and count guests rather than seats at an open house.

What is the minimum order?

Fifty napkins, rising to 1,000 on a single design. The price per napkin falls at every step, so one larger order almost always beats two smaller ones.

What does foil printing look like?

Real metallic foil, pressed into the paper so it catches the light and has a slight relief. It prints in a single tone, so for photographs, illustrations or multi-colour artwork, choose standard print instead.

Can I upload my own design?

Yes. Upload artwork on any custom product, or send us a rough idea, a color palette or a photograph of your invitation and we will build the design for you. Either way you approve a proof before printing.

How do I fold napkins for a table?

Keep it simple when the napkin is printed. A single fold into a rectangle under the fork, or a fan at the bar with the printed corner showing. Elaborate folds hide the design, which defeats the reason for personalizing it.
