Three materials. Acrylic is the polished one, with an arched top, in 5x7 and 8x10; it photographs well and wipes clean. Pedestal signs stand on their own in 4x6, 6x8, 8x10 and 10x12. Paper prints come in 8x12, 11x14, 12x18, 18x24, 20x30 and 24x36 for anything up to a full welcome-sized sign, at the lowest price.

How ordering works

Choose a material and size, send us the wording and the drink names, and we design it. A free digital proof comes before printing, and wording changes at that stage are free. U.S. orders over $75 ship free.

Bar sign questions

Which material should I choose?

Acrylic if the sign will be photographed and handled: it is glossy, sturdy and wipes clean. Pedestal if you want something small that stands on a table without an easel. Paper if you need a large sign for one evening at the lowest cost.

What sizes are available?

Acrylic in 5x7 and 8x10. Pedestal in 4x6, 6x8, 8x10 and 10x12. Paper in 8x12, 11x14, 12x18, 18x24, 20x30 and 24x36. The size you choose sets the price, and every price shows in the size selector.

Does it come with a stand or frame?

Pedestal signs stand on their own. Acrylic signs have an arched top and stand upright without a holder. Paper prints do not include a frame or easel, so plan for one if the sign is large.

Can I change the wording?

Yes, and that is the point. Send the drink names, the station name, your names, or a line of your own. Wording changes on the proof are free, so send what you have and adjust it when you see it laid out.

Can I use my own design or logo?

Yes. Our custom bar signs start from a blank sign: upload your artwork, logo or photo, or describe your idea, and we design it for you.

Can it go outside?

Acrylic and pedestal signs handle an outdoor evening, including damp air. Paper prints curl in humidity or rain, so keep those under cover or under a tent.

How far ahead should I order?

Two to three weeks. Signs go through a proof like everything else, and this is the item people most often want to reword once they see it, so leave room for that.
