Bridal shower napkins, personalized for the bride-to-be

Bridal shower napkins printed with the bride's name, the wedding date, or a line borrowed from the invitation. A shower is a daytime, close-up event: guests sit, talk and eat within arm's reach of the table, so the small printed things get read rather than glanced at.

Brunch showers, garden showers, champagne-and-charcuterie afternoons. Blush and gold, sage and cream, bows and ribbon for the coquette look, or the same florals as the wedding stationery.

Matching the wedding

If the shower is the warm-up for the wedding, use the same typeface and palette on both and change only the wording. Send us the wedding invitation and we will pull the colors from it. The bachelorette napkins can follow the same thread.

For the mimosa station, a mimosa bar sign in the same design finishes the table without any extra design work.

How ordering works

Pick a size and quantity, tell us the bride's name and wording, and we design it. A free digital proof comes by email first, and changes at that stage are free. U.S. orders over $75 ship free.

Bridal shower napkin questions

How many bridal shower napkins do I need?

Two to three cocktail napkins per guest, plus one to two dinner napkins each if you are serving lunch. For 30 guests that is around 60 to 90 cocktail napkins. Showers run long and slow, so people use more than you would expect at an evening party.

Can the shower napkins match the wedding napkins?

Yes, and it is one of our most common requests. Tell us which wedding design you like and we will rework it for the shower wording, so the two events read as one story rather than two.

Which size for a bridal shower?

Cocktail size for mimosas, tea and cake. Add dinner size if a proper lunch is being served, and consider guest towels for the bathroom, which is a small touch other hosts always ask about.

Can you match my colors exactly?

Send the invitation, a swatch photo or a hex code and we will match it on the proof. Sage green, dusty blue and blush are the three we print most, and each has a dozen versions, so a reference image beats a color name.

What wording works best?

The bride's first name with the date underneath is the safest and prints well at every size. Miss to Mrs, the future Mrs plus surname, and she said yes are the ones we set most often after that.

How far ahead should I order?

Three to four weeks. That leaves room for the proof, printing and delivery, and a little slack if the guest list grows, which at a shower it usually does.
