Personalized bridal shower supplies

Everything for the shower: napkins for the brunch table and the bar, paper plates, can coolers, favor labels and a sign for the mimosa station. Personalized with the bride's name, the wedding date, or a line lifted straight from the invitation.

A shower is a daytime, close-up event. Guests sit, talk and eat within arm's reach of everything you put out, which is why the small printed pieces get read here rather than glanced at.

Browse by piece

Bridal shower napkins · mimosa bar signs · favor labels · can coolers.

Hosting the rest of the run-up too: bachelorette, engagement party and the wedding itself. Using the same typeface across all four is the cheapest way to make a year of events feel deliberate.

How ordering works

Choose your pieces, tell us the bride's name and wording, and we design them. A free digital proof comes first and changes are free at that stage. U.S. orders over $75 ship free.

Bridal shower questions

How much do I need for 30 guests?

Around 60 to 90 cocktail napkins, 30 dessert plates, and one favor label per guest. Showers run long and slow, so people use more napkins than they would at an evening party of the same size.

Can the shower match the wedding?

Yes, and most brides want it to. Send the wedding invitation and we will pull the palette and, where possible, the typeface, so the two events read as one story rather than two separate purchases.

What should the mimosa bar sign say?

The station name plus the juices on offer is the practical version, and it stops guests asking. Add the bride's name or a line like she said yes, now pour if you want it to be decor as well as information.

What are the favor labels for?

Sealing bags, topping jars of jam or honey, and finishing candles. One per favor, plus a few spare. They are the last thing a guest handles on the way out, which is a good argument for matching them to the table.

Which colors are most requested?

Blush with gold, sage with cream, and dusty blue. Bows and ribbon designs have overtaken plain florals for showers in the last two years. Send a reference image rather than a color name; each of those shades has a dozen versions.

How far ahead should I order?

Three to four weeks, and a little more if the guest list is still moving. That covers the proof, printing and delivery without anyone refreshing a tracking page.
