Personalized engagement party supplies

Napkins, coasters and signs for the party where both families meet for the first time. Printed with both names, the date you said yes, or simply we're engaged in a script worth reading twice.

Because the wedding colors are often undecided at this stage, engagement designs lean toward ivory, black, gold and greenery, none of which commits you to anything. If you do already have a palette, we will use it and you get a head start on the stationery.

Browse by piece

Engagement napkins · coasters · signature drink signs.

Keep the artwork and reuse it for the rehearsal dinner and the wedding, changing only the wording. Guests notice the thread and you make the design decision once.

How ordering works

Choose your pieces, give us the names and the date, and we design them. A free digital proof arrives before printing and changes are free at that stage. U.S. orders over $75 ship free.

Engagement party questions

How much do I need for 50 guests?

Around 100 to 150 cocktail napkins for a drinks party, plus 75 coasters if there is a bar. Add one to two dinner napkins each if you are seating both families for a meal.

What if we have not chosen wedding colors?

Do not force it. Ivory with gold foil, black with white script, or greenery on cream all suit an engagement party and leave every later decision open.

What wording do people use?

Both first names with the date of the proposal, we're engaged, she said yes, or the surname the two of you will share. If the wedding date is set, printing it saves fifty people asking.

Can we reuse the design for the wedding?

Yes, and it is the most sensible thing to do here. We keep your artwork on file, so the rehearsal dinner and the wedding can run the same typeface and palette with new wording.

Foil or standard print?

Foil for two names or a short line, and gold on ivory is the classic. Standard print for florals, greenery or a photograph of the proposal, since foil presses in a single tone.

How far ahead should I order?

Three to four weeks. If you already know you want matching rehearsal dinner and wedding pieces, order them together and we keep everything consistent from the start.
