Wedding & Event Inquiries

Ordering one product is easy: that happens on the product page. This is for the other situation, a wedding, a shower or an event where several things need to match, and you would rather show one person the whole picture than piece it together yourself.

What we can do for an event

Everything we print can carry the same artwork, so one design runs across the whole day.

  • Cocktail napkins for the bar, where guests hold them and read them
  • Dinner napkins for the tables
  • Guest towels for the powder room
  • Coasters under every glass, which guests pocket and take home
  • Paper plates for the cake table, the dessert bar or the late-night snack
  • Bar signs for the signature drinks, the coffee bar, the hot cocoa station or the mimosa table
  • Can coolers for a welcome bag or an outdoor reception
  • Favor labels to seal the bags and boxes

Ordering them together matters more than it sounds. The most common thing customers regret is buying napkins in March and coasters in June and ending up with two slightly different shades of the same color. Run them together and they match.

Tell us this and we can be useful straight away

  • Your date: the first thing we look at, because it tells us what is realistic
  • Guest count: we will do the quantities with you
  • What the day looks like: cocktail hour, seated dinner, buffet, late-night station, all of it
  • Your colors: a hex code, a paint name, a photo of the invitation or the bridesmaid dress
  • Your theme or style: and anything you have already booked or bought that this needs to sit beside
  • Any artwork: a monogram, a crest, an illustration your stationer made, a photo of your dog

Half a paragraph is enough to start. We will ask the rest.

The events we do most

Weddings

Cocktail napkins for the bar and dinner napkins for the tables is the standard pairing, usually with a monogram or the two names and the date. Add coasters if you want something guests keep, and a signature drink sign if you have two named cocktails. If you have a dog, put it on something. It is the single most commented-on thing we print.

Bridal showers and bachelorettes

Smaller, so the quantities are gentler, and this is where a mimosa or flower bar sign earns its place. Blush napkins with rose gold foil is the most-ordered combination we make.

Rehearsal dinners

Often the loosest and most personal of the three, and the best place for an inside joke, a fun fact about the couple or a taco bar sign.

Baby showers and gender reveals

Napkins and plates as a set, with labels for the favors. Pastels print beautifully in full color.

Milestone birthdays and anniversaries

Black with gold or silver foil is the classic. Photo napkins are the ones people photograph.

How it works

  1. You email us the details above.
  2. We come back with what we would suggest, the quantities and what it costs. No obligation, and there is nothing to pay at this stage.
  3. You order through the shop as normal.
  4. We design and send free proofs of every piece before anything prints, and we make sure the colors match across all of them.

There is no design fee, no consultation fee and no minimum order to talk to us.

Timing

Two to three weeks before the event is comfortable for a single product. For a full set, give us four to six. Not because printing takes longer, but because you will want to see everything side by side and possibly change your mind once. Planning further out than that? Even better, and we will tell you when to place the order rather than sitting on it.

Tight on time? Email before you order rather than after. We will tell you honestly whether it will make your date.
