Quantity

Which size should I pick?

Paper napkin sizes are always given folded, which is how they arrive and how they sit on a table. Unfolded, they are four times the area.

Cocktail · 4.8 x 4.8 in
The bar napkin, under every glass
Dinner · 6.5 x 6.5 in
The plate napkin, for food and cake
Guest towel · 4.25 x 7.75 in
The long one, for the powder room

A bar and a meal are two different jobs, so most events want both. Cocktail napkins go where the drinks are, dinner napkins go where the food is. If you can only pick one, pick cocktail: more guests hold it, more times, and they read it while they wait.

Comparing with a linen rental? A cloth dinner napkin is around 20 x 20 inches, so it is not the same object. In paper, 6.5 inches is the large one.

See every size we print

How many do I need?

Count the moments, not just the guests. People take a fresh napkin with every drink and put the old one down somewhere, so a bar goes through several times what a dinner table does.

And personalized napkins don't just get used, they get kept. Guests slip them into a pocket or a bag as a keepsake, so plan for extras.

Cocktail hour or open bar
3 to 4 per guest
Seated dinner
2 per guest
Buffet or food station
2 per guest, per station
Dessert or cake table
1 to 2 per guest
Late-night snack
1 to 2 per guest
Baby or bridal shower
3 per guest

For 100 guests with both a bar and a seated dinner, that works out at roughly 350 cocktail napkins and 200 dinner napkins.

Round up rather than down. The price gap between 100 and 150 is small, and a reprint means a second production run and a second shipping window. Ordering a large quantity? Consider leaving the date off, so the extras still work at home afterwards.

Made for the photos

The graduation detail everyone photographs

Years of hard work deserve more than a plain napkin. A napkin with the grad's name and class year turns the drinks table into a moment: guests raise a glass, snap a photo, and it lands in the stories and the party pics. It's the little touch that makes the grad feel truly celebrated, even when that grad is you.

  • Instantly Instagrammable on the bar and dessert table
  • Ends up in the graduation photos and videos
  • Makes the grad feel celebrated (yourself included)

Made your way

The name, the year, the inside jokes

Add the grad's name and class year, their school, your colors, and a line that's totally them, whether that's heartfelt or a little cheeky. Every napkin is custom designed, never clip-art and never AI, so it feels personal, not printed off a template.

  • Name, class year & a custom line in a font you love
  • Your colors, ink and optional foil
  • Any school, any year, any kind of grad

The luxe upgrade

Make it feel luxe with metallic foil

For an elevated, premium finish, add a metallic foil to the name and details. A real metallic shine that instantly reads high-end and turns a fun napkin into a little piece of luxury on the table, exactly the touch a big achievement deserves.

  • A premium, luxe finish that feels elevated
  • Metallic foil in gold, rose gold, silver, black matte and many more
