How it works
From this design to your Christmas table
No design skills needed. You pick the design and fill in your wording, we set it, and nothing prints until you are happy.
1
Order & personalize
Add your family name and the year if the design has them, pick your napkin color, ink and finish, and place your order.
2
We set your design
We fit your wording into the artwork, balance the spacing and match it to the colors you chose.
3
Approve your proof
You get a free digital proof by email. Want the wording bigger, the year off, another font? Say so and we send a new one.
4
We print & ship
Printed on premium 3-ply napkins in the USA and shipped to you fast.
Made for the holiday table
The detail that makes it feel like Christmas
Christmas dinner is the one meal of the year everyone dresses the table for, and a plain store-bought napkin undoes the effort. Personalized Christmas napkins with your family name lift the whole setting, from the dinner table to the dessert spread to the drinks by the tree.
- Your family name, not a supermarket print
- A polished detail at every place setting
- Keeps beautifully as a memento of that year
Made your way
Your colors, your family, your year
Every design comes in the colors you choose, so it matches your table exactly. Classic red and green, or something quieter in cream, sage and gold. Add your family name, the year, or both, and pick the font. Want the year left off so the extras still work next December? Just leave it blank.
- Classic red and green, or cream, sage and gold
- Ten napkin colors and twenty-six ink colors
- Leave the year off and reuse them next Christmas
The luxe upgrade
Make it shine with a metallic foil
Nothing says the holidays like a little shine. Add a metallic foil to the text for a real metallic finish that catches the candlelight and the tree lights. Gold foil on an ecru or claret napkin is the difference between a paper napkin and something properly made for the occasion.
- A premium finish with a real metallic shine
- Foil in gold, rose gold, silver, red and more
- Catches the candlelight at dinner
Why hosts love them
Personal, premium & effortless
Truly custom
Your wording set into the design for you, not a name dropped into a template.
Premium, not store-bought
Thick, soft 3-ply napkins printed in the USA, the quality customers mention again and again.
Service that shows up
We reply fast, send free proofs, and keep adjusting until it is right, even in the busiest weeks of the year.

Frequently asked questions
You type your wording right here as you place your order, before you check out. After that we set it into the design and email you a free digital proof to approve before we print.
Yes. The line shown is a suggestion, not a fixed part of the design. Put your own line in, swap Merry Christmas for Happy Holidays or the other way round, or leave a field blank to keep that part off the napkin. If your line is much longer than the one shown, tell us in special requests and we will size it to fit.
No. Leave it out and it will not appear on your napkins. Want to be certain? Write no date in Special requests and we will leave it off. You will see it on your free proof before anything prints, so nothing is final until you say so. Ordering a large quantity? Many hosts leave the year off on purpose, so the leftovers still work next December.
Ten napkin colors on cocktail and dinner, from white and ecru through claret and navy to slate and black, with twenty-six ink colors. Adding foil opens a separate set of metallic finishes. Do not see your color? Tell us in special requests.
The earlier the better, because December is our busiest month. Work back from your own party date, especially for a holiday party before Christmas. Short on time? Pick a faster option under Production Time and message us, we often manage tight dates.
The quantity you choose sets the total, and you will see every price in the quantity selector on this page. U.S. orders over $75 ship free. We will confirm turnaround with your proof so you can plan around the holidays.
