Size

Which acrylic size?

Two sizes, and the choice is the distance the guest reads it from.

5 x 7 inches
One machine, urn or drinks tray
8 x 10 inches
A full bar, read from a few steps back

Acrylic is glossy, wipes clean and photographs well. It also survives a wet bar top far better than paper does, so for a signature cocktail menu that sits next to ice all evening the material matters more than the size.

Need something readable across a room? That is a paper sign at 18x24 or larger.

See every size we print

How many signs?

One per station, counted by where guests stop rather than by guest count.

One drinks station
1 sign
Bar plus coffee or dessert
1 per station
A long bar with two ends
2, so nobody queues at the wrong end

Ordering signs for several tables? Order them in one go. Separate orders can land in different production runs, and the whites do not always match.

Any party with a coffee station: weddings, bridal and baby showers, brunches, birthdays, office events and holiday parties. Add a name and date for the occasion, or keep it as shown.

The acrylic sign comes in 5 x 7 and 8 x 10 inches. The 5 x 7 sits neatly next to the cups on a smaller table; the 8 x 10 reads from across the room and is the better choice for a full coffee station. Both stand upright on their own.

Very often, yes. At checkout you can choose a faster delivery option, and you're welcome to message us with your date so we can tell you honestly what's possible.

The size you choose sets the price, and you'll see every price in the size selector on this page. U.S. orders over $75 ship free. We'll confirm turnaround with your proof so you can plan around your event.

I am extremely satisfied with this project. I am a perfectionist and often when you buy these types of products online, the quality is poor. The seller did a great job, got them to me quickly and was quick to respond. Love the product and I have already placed another order with the seller.
