How it works
From this design to your holiday bar
No design skills needed. You pick the design and fill in your wording, we set it, and nothing prints until you are happy.
1
Order & personalize
Add your family name or the year if the design has them, pick your shape, coaster color and ink or foil, and place your order.
2
We set your design
We fit your wording into the artwork, balance the spacing and match it to the colors you chose.
3
Approve your proof
You get a free digital proof by email. Want the wording bigger, the year off, another font? Say so and we send a new one.
4
We print & ship
Printed on thick, premium coasters in the USA and shipped to you fast.
Made for the holiday bar
The detail every guest picks up
At a Christmas party every drink lands on a coaster, so it is the one piece of decor everyone actually holds. A coaster with your family name or your party line on it sits under every glass of mulled wine and every cocktail, and guests slip a few into their pocket to take home.
- Your family name, not a store-bought print
- Under every drink and in every photo
- Matches your napkins and plates in the same design
Made your way
Your wording, your colors
Change the wording, add your family name and the year, and pick the font. Then choose your coaster color and your ink, or add a metallic foil in gold, silver and more. Want the year left off so the extras still work next December? Just leave it out.
- Your own wording, family name and year
- Full color or a shiny metallic foil
- Leave the year off and reuse them next Christmas
Your shape
Seven shapes, one design
Pick the shape that suits your table: square with rounded corners, circle, deco, ticket, bracket, hexagon or our nose shape. We fit the design to the shape you choose, so it always sits centered with room around the edge.
- Square, circle, deco or ticket
- Bracket, hexagon or the nose shape
- The design fitted to your shape
Why hosts love them
Personal, premium & effortless
Truly custom
Your wording set into the design for you, not a name dropped into a template.
Premium quality
Thick, absorbent coasters printed in the USA, the kind of quality your guests notice.
Service that shows up
We reply fast, send free proofs, and keep adjusting until it is right, even in the busiest weeks of the year.

Match the whole holiday table
The same design, across your whole table

Frequently asked questions
You type your wording right here as you place your order, before you check out. After that we set it into the design and email you a free digital proof to approve before we print.
Yes. The line shown is a suggestion, not a fixed part of the design. Put your own line in, swap Merry Christmas for Happy Holidays or the other way round, or leave a part off the coaster. If your line is much longer than the one shown, tell us in special requests and we will size it to fit.
No. Leave it out and it will not appear on your coasters. Want to be certain? Write no date in Special requests and we will leave it off. You will see it on your free proof before anything prints. Many hosts leave the year off on purpose, so the extras still work next December.
Seven shapes: square with rounded corners, circle, deco, ticket, bracket, hexagon and nose. Pick your coaster color and ink color, or add a metallic foil in gold, silver, rose gold and more. Foil prints on a white coaster. Do not see your color? Tell us in special requests.
The earlier the better, because December is our busiest month. Work back from your own party date, especially for a holiday party before Christmas. Short on time? Pick a faster option under Production Time and message us, we often manage tight dates.
The quantity you choose sets the total, and you will see every price in the quantity selector on this page. U.S. orders over $75 ship free. We will confirm turnaround with your proof so you can plan around your party.
