Restaurants, bars, hotels, breweries, brands and companies planning an event: we print your logo or your own design on napkins, coasters, paper plates, can coolers, sticker labels and signs, in quantities from a single event to a year of service. Here is how business and bulk orders work with us.
Who we print for
Restaurants, bars and cafes: branded cocktail and dinner napkins and logo coasters for daily service, reordered in the largest quantity you have room to store. Hotels and venues: guest towels for the restrooms and cocktail napkins for the lobby bar, or a house design reordered through the year. Breweries and distilleries: coasters, which people take home. Brands and makers: sticker labels for packaging, jars and thank-you notes. Corporate events and launches: napkins, coasters, can coolers and a sign for the drinks table, all carrying the same logo. Large weddings and celebrations: several hundred cocktail napkins for the bar plus dinner napkins for the tables.
Start from your own logo
Every product has a blank Your Design Here version: custom napkins, custom coasters, custom paper plates, custom can coolers and custom sticker labels. Choose the size and quantity, upload your logo on the product page, and we set it. Browse everything in branded party supplies, or go straight to custom logo napkins, restaurant and bar napkins or branded coasters.
How bulk pricing works
There is no separate wholesale price list and no account to apply for. The volume discount is built into the quantity selector on every product page: the more you order, the lower the price per piece, and you can see every step before you commit. No set-up fee, no plate fee, no artwork fee and no charge for revisions.

Need more than the top of a range, several designs in one go, or a standing order for your venue? Email info@yourpartydetails.com with your logo, what you want it on and roughly how many. We reply within 24 hours with a price and a recommendation. Larger runs are usually cheaper per piece than the quantities in the shop, and there is nothing to pay for a quote.
Foil or full color
A one-color logo or wordmark looks best in real metallic foil, in gold, silver, rose gold, black matte and more. A logo with gradients, photographic elements or several colors wants full color printing instead. Send your file and we will tell you which suits it before you spend anything. Every option is in the color guide, and we match brand colors from a hex or Pantone code as closely as print allows.
Sending your artwork
A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF) prints crisply at any size. If all you have is the PNG from your website, send it anyway: simple logos can usually be redrawn at no charge. Details on file types are on the upload page.
How it works
- Order through the shop and upload your logo, or email us first for a quote.
- We send a free digital proof within 24 hours, with your logo placed, sized and in the right color.
- You approve it. Printing takes 2 to 5 business days from approval, depending on the product, then it ships.
- We keep your artwork on file, so a reorder is one email.
For events, give yourself three to four weeks where you can. U.S. orders over $75 ship free.
One honest note
We are a print-to-order studio, not a distributor. Everything we ship carries a design made for the business or person who ordered it, and we do not sell plain blank stock by the case. What we are good at is large runs of something that looks like it was designed for you, because it was.
