Plate size
Quantity

Which plate size?

Two sizes, and the difference is simply what ends up on them.

Dessert · 7 inches
Cake, appetizers, pizza, small hands
Dinner · 9 inches
A full plate of food, gravy included

Serving a meal and a dessert? That is two plates per guest, and they do not have to be the same size. A 9 inch plate under the main course and a 7 inch beside the cake reads as intentional rather than as running out.

One rule for every printed plate, ours included: serve on paper, reheat on ceramic.

See every size we print

How many plates do I need?

One per guest per course, and dessert counts as a course of its own.

Seated meal
1 per guest, per course
Buffet
1 per guest, plus 20% spare
Dessert or cake table
1 per guest
Children at the party
2 per child

We print from 8 to 800 plates. Add a fifth on top for the plate that gets bent, dropped, or picked up by the guest coming back for seconds.

2

We set your design

We fit your wording into the artwork, balance the spacing and match it to the colors you chose.

3

Approve your proof

You get a free digital proof by email. Want the wording bigger, the date off, another font? Say so and we send a new one.

4

We print & ship

Printed on premium paper plates in the USA and shipped to you fast.

Made for the dinner table

The detail that makes the table feel like yours

A stack of plates with your family name on them does more for a Thanksgiving table than another centerpiece. They sit under the turkey, the sides and the pie, and they show up in every photo of the meal.

  • Your family name, not a supermarket print
  • The backdrop to every photo of the meal
  • Matches your napkins in the same design
The detail that makes the table feel like yours
Made your way

Your wording, your colors

Change the big line, add your family name and the date, and pick the font. Then choose your plate color and your ink. Want the date left off so the extras still work next year? Just leave it blank.

  • Your own line, family name and date
  • Twenty-four plate colors and twenty-seven ink colors
  • Leave the date off and reuse them next November

Quality you can feel

Beautiful, and made to be used

These are premium paper plates that feel substantial in the hand and look good on the table. Thick and reliable, they hold a slice of pie, a pile of sides or a full plate of turkey and stuffing, so they last right through dinner.

  • Premium paper plates that feel substantial
  • Hold pie, sides or a full holiday meal
  • Dessert 7 in or dinner 9 in

Frequently asked questions

You type your wording right here as you place your order, before you check out. After that we set it into the design and email you a free digital proof to approve before we print.

Yes. The line shown is a suggestion, not a fixed part of the design. Put your own line in, swap thanksgiving for friendsgiving or the other way round, or leave the date blank to keep it off the plate. If your line is much longer than the one shown, tell us in special requests and we will size it to fit.

No. Leave the Date field empty and the date will not appear on your plates. Want to be certain, or already typed something? Write no date in Special requests and we will leave it off. You will see it either way on your free proof before anything prints, so nothing is final until you say so. Ordering a large quantity? Many hosts leave the date off on purpose, so the leftovers still work at the next dinner, or next November.

Two sizes: dessert plates at 7 inches and dinner plates at 9 inches. Pick from twenty-four plate colors, from white and ecru through orange and claret to slate and black, and twenty-seven ink colors. Do not see your color? Tell us in special requests.

Late October to early November is comfortable. Work back from your own dinner date, especially for a Friendsgiving the weekend before. Short on time? Pick a faster option under Production Time and message us, we often manage tight dates.

The quantity you choose sets the total, and you will see every price in the quantity selector on this page. U.S. orders over $75 ship free. We will confirm turnaround with your proof so you can plan around your dinner.

I am extremely satisfied with this project. I am a perfectionist and often when you buy these types of products online, the quality is poor. The seller did a great job, got them to me quickly and was quick to respond. Love the product and I have already placed another order with the seller.
